Renowned international fashion choreographer Rojin Shakya has been officially appointed as the choreographer for Mrs. Nepal Australia 2025. Organized by the Himali Culture Group Melbourne in collaboration with Events Nepal Australia, this pioneering pageant is dedicated to recognizing and celebrating the strength, talent, and identity of married Nepali women residing across Australia. With Rojin’s involvement, the event aims to offer contestants refined artistic training and a global standard of professional grooming. The event will be managed by Season Media, a respected Nepali event company with over 16 years of experience.

With a rich career spanning over two decades, Rojin Shakya is recognized as one of Nepal’s most accomplished fashion choreographers. His contributions extend far beyond national boundaries, having choreographed more than 1,200 events worldwide, including over 300 fashion shows. His work has been featured in international pageants such as Heritage Pageants, Miss Mermaid Singapore, Model Superstar Mumbai, and Miss Tamang World. His creative direction reflects a blend of artistic precision, cultural awareness, and a dedication to promoting fashion and personality development on global platforms.

Rojin’s career has been recognized with multiple honors that reflect his excellence in choreography and fashion leadership. He was awarded the Outstanding International Choreographer title at the International Excellence Award in Malaysia in 2019 and received the International Fashion Choreographer Achievement Award in Dubai the same year. He was also recognized as the Legendary Fashion Choreographer at the Pageant Nepal Fashion and Model Awards in Kathmandu, and as the Best International Nepalese Fashion Choreographer at the Fashionfare Award in 2020. In the same year, he received the Best Fashion Choreographer award at the Model Songs Award. Further accolades include being named the Iconic Fashion Choreographer at the Asian Professional Achievement Awards in Dubai in 2022 and Choreographer of the Year at the Heritage International Award in Thailand in 2023.

In addition to his accomplishments in fashion, Rojin Shakya is a well-known media figure. He currently works with Image Channel Television as a Nepal Bhasa news anchor. As a seasoned host and emcee, he has presented more than 1,400 events both in Nepal and abroad. In the academic field, he shares his expertise by teaching at institutions such as Namuna College of Fashion Technology, IIFT, and the Kathmandu Academy of Tourism and Hospitality. His teaching portfolio includes courses in personality development, event management, tourism communication, and media. As a personality coach he is also associated with Nepal Airhostess Academy and Flytech International.

As part of the Mrs. Nepal Australia 2025 pageant journey, Rojin will lead the grooming and choreography of 30 shortlisted contestants. His training will cover stage presence, runway skills, performance coordination, and overall presentation. Mrs. Nepal Australia 2025 marks the inaugural edition of this meaningful event, inviting Nepali women living in Australia from diverse professional backgrounds to participate. The finale of the event scheduled on 13th of September 2025 at Melbourne, Australia.
