My Overview on Body Positivity

Growing up with my beautiful mom and her heavenly beauty the way she dressed to places she would shop, I was always fascinated by her beauty aesthetic. When my mum used to paint her nails and walk out of vanity room I used to secretly paint mine as well or sometimes would ask her to paint. Cause back then those little things, simple pleasures were beauty for a 12 year old kid. Whilst  growing up every one has someone to look up to not certainly their mother at times it may be father as well regarding any aspect from beauty to education to carrier and so on. But as we step out of home to school we incline to see the existent world which is brain-washed by the contemporary beauty standard. Each week we’re blasted with news about our bodies, whether it’s a trend, workout, chubbiness warning or the latest scientific evidence on what will or will not make you gain weight.

As this topic is very personal to me I believe there is no wrong in being fat and one can definitely adopt the ongoing trend or style. The important factor everyone should focus on is not to being unhealthy & it's unquestionably imaginable to be totally healthy and carry extra pounds so don't use Fat people as an excuse for your mean judgments. There are several people who are fit and slim with perfect body, have anxieties & always wish to be someone else. Everyone has insecurities, outer appearance isn’t everything- that doesn’t mean he/ she has to be gross and ramble around. Every body type is beautiful it’s about focusing on own-self rather trying to replicate those personalities whose body image doesn’t match yours and be feel miserable about. That’s not the solution. The key is to working on own self, doing what you love, wearing according to body type, improving lifestyle and feel better.

Today body image issue is increasing gradually and this topic is globalized now. Various brands have even started focusing on plus size model and clothing. Being fat doesn't make you a disappointment, a disaster, humiliation. It doesn't point to any particular flaw, personality type and discipline concern. It doesn't make you ugly, dirty, messy or “inappropriately” thick skinned. It shouldn't make you a target, it shouldn't mean you have to take no notice of beauty; it shouldn't mean you feel unsexy or unwanted.
